James oversees Core5’s business development and capital deployment in Texas, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and other major distribution markets across the United States. As a licensed broker, he focuses primarily on land acquisition, entitlement, and the development of modern logistics facilities for inventory and build-to-suit requirements, as well as sourcing value-add acquisition opportunities.
BACKGROUND
A commercial real estate veteran with more than 25 years of experience, James has overseen the development, sales, leasing, and management of over 35 million square feet of industrial properties, with a total market value exceeding $1.7 billion. His expertise spans asset management, development, sales, acquisitions, marketing, leasing, and operations for industrial real estate portfolios.
James holds a BS in Business Management and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia.

OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE
James is involved in the community through his leadership and volunteer efforts with the Eagle’s Landing Country Club Charity Board where is served as past Chairman as well as on the Charity Selection Committee. He has also worked closely with public school programs for children with special needs.
When he’s not working, you may find him on the golf course or traveling.
