Robert—more commonly known as Bobby—oversees all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters related to Core5’s business operations. On any given day, he advises team members on the legal complexities of current transactions and future deals. Bobby’s guidance helps reduce risk, enables informed decision-making, and supports the achievement of Core5’s strategic objectives.
BACKGROUND
From a young age, Bobby developed a strong interest in commercial real estate transactions—ranging from acquisition and financing to development, leasing, and disposition across a wide variety of property types, including industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, office, and retail projects. Equally passionate about the legal field, Bobby built a career at the intersection of both interests.
Before joining Core5, he was a partner at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP. He holds both a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia.

In his free time, Bobby enjoys spending time with his wife and three children—whether checking out a new restaurant, traveling, or spending time outdoors.
