Kevin plays a vital role at Core5, overseeing project teams from due diligence and site planning through construction completion. Throughout these phases, he strategically collaborates with architects, civil engineers, general contractors, and other design team members. His responsibilities include:
BACKGROUND
Growing up in a family of builders, Kevin was naturally drawn to construction. As a third-generation carpenter, he spent his teenage years learning the trade before pursuing a BBA in Real Estate Finance & Investments from the University of North Texas, where he first developed an interest in real estate development.
With over 30 years of construction and management experience, Kevin has led development projects spanning residential, commercial, cleanroom design, and large-scale industrial sites—totaling more than 10 million square feet of industrial space throughout his career.

“Two key moments shaped my career. First, transitioning from site grading to cleanroom construction in the semiconductor industry was a pivotal move that required quickly adapting to unique environmental changes for successful project management. The second was a shift from general contracting to industrial development. Armed with invaluable insights on various construction methods, I developed adeptness for effectively managing contractor relationships while more efficiently guiding project execution.”
OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE
For Kevin, work is also his passion. However, when he’s not in the office or on a commercial construction site, you might find him on the golf course, CrossFit training, or cheering on the Oklahoma State University Pokes—his son and daughter’s alma mater.
