Doug leads a team covering a vast territory including Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and New Jersey, overseeing business development, capital deployment, operations, and large-scale development. His primary focus includes land acquisition, entitlement, and the development of modern logistics facilities for both inventory and build-to-suit requirements.
BACKGROUND
Doug first became interested in real estate while working at his dad’s rental properties during high school. He went on to earn a BBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Cincinnati, where he later served as an adjunct professor. A 31-year veteran of commercial real estate, Doug has overseen more than 40 million square feet of industrial property development and leasing, totaling over $3 billion in market value. His specialties include development, leasing, brokerage, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions.

For Doug, real estate is in his DNA—it’s his passion. When he’s not in the office or on a development site, Doug enjoys biking, golfing, boating, and mentoring young people interested in the industry.
