Jennifer plays a critical role in securing financing for development projects while managing a significant portion of the company’s capital stack, ensuring capital is utilized efficiently to support Core5’s profitability. Additionally, Jennifer contributes to operational efficiency, strategic decision-making, and team development. Her strong relationships with lenders and external partners are vital to successful loan closings and the company’s continued growth.
BACKGROUND
With over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting and finance, Jennifer has provided financial oversight for real estate developments and portfolios totaling over 50 million square feet. She has closed over $1.1 billion in loans and joint venture transactions deploying $75 million in equity.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Georgia and earned a Master of Business Administration in Leadership from the university’s Terry College of Business in Atlanta.

OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE
When Jennifer isn’t crunching numbers or overseeing real estate deals, you might find her cheering on her two teenage boys at school sporting events. She also loves Pilates, traveling anywhere with an ocean view and a chance to experience new cultures, and catching up on reading. Jennifer is actively involved in her community, serving on the board of one of her son’s football clubs.
