Jon leads Core5 development opportunities by identifying strategic land acquisitions and spearheading construction, leasing, marketing, and property management activities in California and Arizona. Given California’s stringent entitlement processes, he focuses on land acquisition, project entitlement, and the development of Class A logistics facilities, delivering innovative industrial projects within the state’s complex environmental regulatory environment.
Additionally, Jon cultivates relationships with key industry leaders and government agencies while driving Core5’s strategic initiatives to maximize value and growth.
BACKGROUND
Jon earned a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic University. With a comprehensive background working alongside real estate brokers, land sellers, tenants, government agencies, and Core5 colleagues on large-scale projects and deals, he has developed a reputation for expertise in the critical areas of commercial and industrial development.

Earning a degree in architecture equipped me with a holistic perspective on the built environment and a strong foundation in design, entitlement, and construction processes. Today, the complexities and challenges of transforming raw land into successful industrial developments continue to drive my passion for real estate development.”
OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE
In his free time, Jon enjoys traveling, hiking, fishing, and spending quality time with his wife, three children, and granddaughter. For many years, he coached boys’ and girls’ soccer teams, and he found particular fulfillment and honor in coaching teams of children with special needs.
