A commercial and industrial real estate veteran of nearly 20 years, Paul oversees business development and capital deployment in Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic region. His primary focus is on land acquisition, development, and marketing of modern logistics facilities for both inventory and build-to-suit requirements.
Paul’s previous roles have included asset management, development, sales, acquisitions, and leasing across industrial real estate portfolios.
BACKGROUND
Paul began his career in public accounting, where he first gained exposure to the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in Athens.
Since then, Paul has held multiple leadership positions with responsibilities in land acquisition, development, and capital deployment. Over the course of his career, he has overseen the development, leasing, and management of more than 12 million square feet of industrial properties throughout the Northeast U.S.
